We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Jakarta boutique team. Your mission will be to develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability, while ensuring your team engages clients with exceptional service.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in luxury retail / fashion retail


• Track record of outstanding sales performance


• Able to manage store operation and visual merchandising independently


• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, other languages would be a plus


• Approachable personality and customer-service oriented
