Job summary

APM Monaco, Jakarta, is seeking a passionate leader to head our Jakarta boutique team at Plaza Senayan. You will drive sales performance, optimize profitability, and ensure exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury jewelry environment.

You will develop merchandising strategies, manage staff recruitment and training, and uphold the brand's image and standards. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English are preferred to engage a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Experience leading boutique teams and driving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of brand merchandising and visual standards.
