Job summary
Elabram Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Radio Network Planning & Design Engineer to join our Medan team for full-time permanent work.
You will own RF planning, high- and low-level design, and link budgets across GSM, WCDMA, LTE, VoLTE, IoT, and 5G, leveraging Ericsson radio solutions and multi-vendor tools. You will analyze performance, support site selection and interference mitigation, mentor junior staff, and prepare client proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
- 3–5+ years in Radio Planning and Network Design.
- Experience with VoLTE, IoT, and 5G is highly desirable.
- Expertise with Ericsson radio solutions and multi-vendor tools.
- Strong analytical and design documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform RF planning and design for GSM, WCDMA, LTE, VoLTE, IoT, and 5G.
- Develop HLD and DLD, topologies, link budgets, and design documents.
- Analyze performance to identify coverage, capacity, and interference issues.
- Support site investigations, modify plans, and optimize deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Assist in RFP/RFQ responses and client discussions.
