As a Network Engineer – Radio Network Planning & Design at Arbeit Consultancy in Medan, you will serve as the principal technical authority responsible for architecting and optimizing high-performance wireless access networks. Your daily responsibilities will encompass conducting RF planning and cellular network design for 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G technologies, performing rigorous coverage, capacity, and interference analysis, and preparing High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and technical proposals. You will analyze field survey data, evaluate VoLTE and IoT integration parameters, and provide expert technical recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Radio Frequency (RF) planning and cellular network design for 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G infrastructures.
• Perform comprehensive network optimization, coverage mapping, and capacity analysis across mobile networks.
• Prepare detailed High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), engineering design guidelines, and technical proposals.
• Analyze complex network performance metrics, radio interference reports, and field survey data.
• Evaluate and optimize network parameters supporting VoLTE, IoT, and advanced mobile broadband services.
• Utilize specialized radio network planning and post-processing tools including MapInfo, GIS, TEMS, and Actix.

Required Qualifications & Skills
