Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead residential sales in Serang and surrounding Banten. You will drive monthly targets, supervise the mortgage application process, and partner with banks and organizations to expand lead generation.

The role requires a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of the local market, a track record of building high‑performing sales teams, and the ability to work independently in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma III in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of total sales experience, with 3+ years in managerial roles.
• Experience in landed residential property sales.
• Experience managing 5+ sales personnel; 10–15 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Serang and surrounding Banten market.
• Familiar with KPR processes and financing partnerships.
• Proficient in Excel for planning and reporting.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Willing to provide portfolio of sales achievements.
• Able to build or bring existing sales network.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, monitor, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Oversee the complete residential sales process from lead generation to akad.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across Serang and surrounding areas to increase penetration.
• Build relationships with banks, corporate HR, cooperatives, and government bodies to generate leads.
• Plan and coordinate offline marketing activities and events.
• Monitor competitors and pricing to identify opportunities.
• Establish sales monitoring mechanisms and adjust performance.
• Prepare forecasts, work plans, and market updates for leadership.
• Recruit and strengthen the sales organization, including bringing in a network.
