Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive residential sales in Serang and surrounding Banten. You will lead daily sales activities, manage mortgage applications, and build market penetration strategies while developing a disciplined, high-performing team.

You will oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to akad, nurture relationships with banks and institutions, and coordinate offline marketing and partnerships to expand the company’s footprint

Qualifications

• Diploma III in Business, Marketing, Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years total sales experience, with at least 3 years in managerial roles.
• 3+ years in landed residential property sales, with in-house developer or agency exposure.
• Experience managing 5+ sales personnel; preferred 10-15.
• Strong knowledge of Serang and surrounding Banten property market.
• Established network with banks, institutions, or lead-gen channels preferred.
• Strong motivation, leadership, and independence in a competitive market.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Willing to provide photos/portfolio of previous sales achievements.
• Ability to build or bring an existing sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, monitor, and develop the sales team to hit targets with discipline.
• Oversee the full residential sales process from lead to akad.
• Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration in Serang and Banten.
• Build relationships with banks, institutions, corporates, and partners to generate leads.
• Plan offline marketing events and partnerships for lead generation.
• Monitor competitors and pricing to identify opportunities.
• Establish daily/weekly sales monitoring and take corrective actions.
• Prepare forecasts, plans, and market updates for the Marketing Director using Excel.
• Recruit and strengthen the sales organization, leveraging existing networks.
