GE Vernova Gas Power is seeking a Lead Services Project Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia, to own end-to-end delivery of aftermarket upgrade projects across gas turbines, HRSGs, generators, and related systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree and proven experience in heavy industry projects, with willingness to travel ~25% and engage with regional GE Vernova teams for portfolio

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Significant experience in field engineering, commercial, engineering, sourcing, repair, or power plant operations involving gas turbines, HRSGs, or aeroderivative equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer relationship from project kick-off through close-out as the primary GE Vernova contact.
• Lead end-to-end project execution coordinating engineering, procurement, logistics, field outages, and performance demonstrations.
• Manage project financials including sales, costs, margins, invoicing, receivables, and change orders.
• Drive project schedule in collaboration with the Project Planner/Scheduler.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle and contribute to process improvements.
• Partner with regional GE Vernova teams to support portfolio growth and maintain high fulfillment standards.
