Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in managerial engineering/maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Good understanding of maintenance planning, spare parts, asset management, PLC, PID, wiring, and utility systems.
• Familiar with OEE, RCFA, MTBF, MTTR, availability, and equipment reliability.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with CMMS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Programming/automation skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts, inventory, and engineering asset registers.
• Develop and monitor maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability.
• Perform troubleshooting on PLC, PID, wiring, and utility systems.
• Analyze OEE, RCFA, MTBF, MTTR, availability, and equipment reliability.
• Support improvements in equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Support engineering digitalization, including CMMS, dashboards, and engineering reports.
• Use PLC and AutoCAD for troubleshooting and equipment improvement.
• Support automation and continuous improvement projects.
