Job summary

ASIA PULP AND PAPER (Serang Mill) seeks a Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, availability and performance of manufacturing assets in the Serang complex. The role focuses on implementing reliability strategies and leading RCFA analyses for major equipment issues.

Requirements include a mechanical/electrical engineering background with 5–10 years of related experience, familiarity with vibration analysis, laser alignment, RCA and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Reliability and Condition Monitoring.
• Fundamental rotating equipment knowledge, electrical inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of laser alignment and vibration analysis.
• Familiar with root cause analysis (RCA) and Loostime analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor reliability strategies.
• Oversee rotating equipment inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Lead RCFA for major breakdowns and recurring issues.
• Drive maintenance strategy, vibration analysis and troubleshooting.
