Job Role

Senior Recruiter (Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist) responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment strategy, talent pipeline development, and strategic hiring execution. The role functions as a business partner to HR leadership, focusing on improving recruitment systems, building talent pipelines, and ensuring high‑quality hiring outcomes in a fast‑paced consumer electronics environment. This position also leads psychological assessment processes and provides data‑driven hiring recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with manpower planning
• Lead end‑to‑end hiring process for staff to supervisor‑level roles
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and candidate databases
• Conduct sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
• Administer and interpret psychological assessments (DISC, IST, CFIT, etc.)
• Provide hiring recommendations based on behavioral and competency analysis
• Produce recruitment reports and improve hiring KPIs through data analysis
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Continuously improve recruitment tools, systems, and processes

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology (mandatory)
• 3–5 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Headhunting
• Experience in consumer electronics or fast‑moving retail industry preferred
• Strong background in high‑volume and strategic recruitment
• Skilled in psychological testing and behavioral interview methods
