You will coordinate CAPEX modification projects, scale-up testing, and ensure feasibility from concept to production, with placement in Serpong- Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• 5–10 years of working experience in the same field.
• Strong knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating, and PVD processes.
• Solid understanding of research methodologies, data analysis, and CAPEX project management for modification projects.
• Knowledge of product formulation, design and feasibility testing, including testing and scale-up processes.
• Proficient in technical and engineering design software.
• Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.
