Job summary

Leighton Asia, part of the CIMIC Group, seeks a senior Quantity Surveyor for its Indonesia operations. The role focuses on cost control, tender support, and contract administration for civil infrastructure projects.

You will lead on-site QS activities, prepare BOQs and budgets, and coordinate with the commercial team to ensure accuracy and timely payments. The successful candidate will bring extensive on-site QS experience, leadership ability, and strong knowledge of civil construction practices

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in quantity surveying for civil projects.
On-site experience in construction, road or civil works.
Experience leading a surveying team and coordinating with contracts/ Commercial Managers.

Responsibilities

Prepare quantity surveying documents, budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates from sketches and drawings.
Attend tender procedures, prepare tender reports, and support the commercial manager in the tender process.
Organise contract administration and contractor payments, including variation orders and final accounts.
Review cost evaluations, interim payments, and anticipated claims from contractors.
Provide guidance on subcontractor payment applications, variations, and contract requirements.
Assist Contracts Manager with final accounts and project financial closure.
