Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Malaysia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and financial control across diverse projects. The role requires a strong background in quantity surveying within construction or real estate, with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

7+ years of experience and a relevant degree are required; MRICS/AIQS accreditation is highly desirable. This is a full-time on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

MRICS or AIQS accreditation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Cost Estimation for projects including materials, labor, and equipment.
Budget management: develop and manage project budgets.
Tendering: prepare tender docs, evaluate bids, negotiate with contractors.
Contract administration: manage variations, claims, disputes.
Financial reporting: cost performance, forecasts, deviations from budget.
Value engineering: identify cost-saving opportunities.
Risk management: assess and mitigate financial risks.
Compliance: ensure activities comply with regs and best practices.
