Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• MRICS/AIQS accreditation preferred.
• 7+ years of quantity surveying experience in construction or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimation for projects including materials, labour and equipment.
• Budget development and management for multiple projects.
• Oversee tendering process: tender docs, bid evaluation and contractor negotiation.
• Contract administration: variations, claims and dispute resolution.
• Prepare regular financial reports: cost performance and forecasts.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to reduce cost without compromising quality.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks across projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
