Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support high-rise construction projects through cost estimation, tender management, contract administration, and financial control. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep costs on track.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, at least 5 years of experience in cost management, and strong skills in Excel, CAD, and tender

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or construction cost management.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity measurement, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with estimation/measurement software, Excel, and CAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, material requirements, labor costs, and project timelines.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation, including BOQ, and evaluate quotations.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and contractors.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost estimates regularly.
• Verify completed work and quantities on-site and review progress claims.
• Calculate and assess cost impacts from design or material changes.
• Prepare periodic financial and cost reports.
• Provide recommendations regarding claims, variations, and disputes.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
