Baker Hughes in Batam is seeking a Quality Control Inspector/Operator-Expert to perform daily inspection activities to support production, ensuring conformance to drawings, ITPs, and API/customer requirements prior to release to the next process stage or final acceptance.

You will review routing packages, provide dimensional reports, support First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process inspection, verify gauges and tool calibration, and maintain records per QMS requirements while actively

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or technical high school with 3 years' experience.
• Experience in inspection and measurement of component parts in a similar manufacturing industry.
• Able to read and understand technical Drawings.
• Familiar with tools and gauges for measurement.

Aufgaben

• Review routing package (Spec, Drawing, Picklist, Document Revision).
• Provide dimensional, COC, inspection report and traceability record in MO package.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process inspection activities.
• Verify gages and tool calibration.
• Verify and validate report from Outsource process.
• Perform inspection as per work order (Dimensional, Hardness, Phosphating, Test and Assembly).
• Record inspection results accurately and raise a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for non-conforming items.
• Maintain inspection records complete, accurate, and retained per QMS requirements.
• Participate in Quality & HSE program and proactively involve in improving Quality/HSE Culture in Batam Site
