Job summary

BIPO, a leading global HR service provider, seeks a QA professional to contribute to QA testing strategy, design test plans, and perform manual testing across functional, regression, integration, and UAT. Knowledge of HRIS testing is required.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, review documentation, and help ensure AI-powered features meet quality and reliability standards. Bachelor’s in IT/CS and at least 3 years of QA experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or software engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/Software Testing experience, with strong manual testing.
• HRIS testing experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and defect tracking.
• Experience with AI/ML or AI-powered product testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand product specifications and contribute to QA testing strategy and implementation.
• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Perform manual testing, test analysis, documentation, and defect tracking.
• Participate in product risk analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve software issues.
• Review product documentation and continuously improve QA processes and standards.
• Test and validate AI-powered features, including functionality, accuracy, reliability, and potential risks.
• Understand HR processes and related domain knowledge.

• Experience with AI/ML or AI-powered product testing is highly preferred; knowledge of AI output validation and prompt testing is an advantage.
• Understanding of HR processes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good English proficiency and experience in a multinational environment are advantageous.
