PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking a QA Engineer to join our Indonesian team. The role focuses on manual testing, test case creation, and defect identification, with responsibilities for test scenarios and reports.

You will perform API testing using Postman and validate data with SQL. Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Katalon, Cypress, Playwright) and defect tracking (Jira) is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–3 years of experience as QA Engineer / Software Tester.
Experience in Manual Testing, including test case creation, test execution, defect identification, and regression testing.
Experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and test reports.
Familiar with API Testing using Postman and SQL for data validation.
Experience with automation testing using Selenium, Katalon, Cypress, or Playwright and Jira.
Good understanding of STLC and SDLC; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Around 2–3 years of experience as QA Engineer / Software Tester.

Experienced in Manual Testing, including test case creation, test execution, defect identification, and regression testing.

Experienced in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and test reports.

Familiar with API Testing using tools such as Postman.

Familiar with SQL for data validation and testing.

Experience with automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Cypress, or Playwright is preferred.

Familiar with Jira or other defect/issue tracking tools.

Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
