Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on software QA/testing experience.
Ability to design, write, and execute detailed test plans from requirements and user stories.
Experience with API testing tools and data validation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual test plans for frontend and backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and strategies.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.
Identify, document, track, and manage defects with clear steps and evidence.
Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Research and implement QA best practices to improve processes.
Mentor and train junior testers to improve skills.
