RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Senior QA/QC for an Apparel/Trading client in Jakarta to coordinate development with manufacturing partners and ensure compliance with Japan Head Office standards. The role requires working across production, merchandising, and logistics to maintain product quality throughout the development and mass production processes.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of QA/QC experience in fashion/trading or related third-party inspection, and strong knowledge of Japanese

Qualifications

Business English proficiency required.
Min 7 years QA/QC experience in retail/fashion trading or third‑party inspection.
Experience with production management from development to shipment.
Knowledge of Japanese quality standards for products.

Responsabilités

Coordinate development with manufacturing partners to meet Japan Head Office standards.
Work with production, merchandising, and logistics to ensure quality throughout manufacturing.
Track production schedules, capacity, and delivery deadlines.
Supervise quality inspections and guide factories on-site.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Suggest spec changes to reduce costs and boost manufacturing efficiency.
Regular business trips to factories.
Other tasks as assigned.
