Job summary

PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri is seeking a Senior Tester to lead QA activities for Wealth Management or banking-related systems. The candidate will design test scenarios, review FSD/TSD, and drive functional, API, database, and performance testing across Waterfall and Agile projects.

The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, hands-on testing across multiple domains, proficiency with test management tools, and the ability to mentor junior testers while delivering comprehensive testing

Qualifications

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of functional, integration, system, regression, API, database, performance, and automation testing.
Experience working with test management, defect tracking, and testing documentation processes.
Proficiency in API testing and database testing concepts; AS/400 experience.
Familiarity with risk-based testing and QA standards in banking projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
Review FSD and TSD to ensure adequate test coverage.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, API, database, performance, and automation testing.
Lead QA activities, mentor junior testers, and review testing deliverables.
Prepare test reports, defect reports, and testing documentation.
