Job summary

PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) seeks a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer who can operate in English to join our QA team. The role favors candidates with at least 2 years in QA, and a background in testing mobile, web, and API platforms.

You will create and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, and reports, collaborate with developers and product managers, and ensure adherence to QA processes, AML/KYC, and data privacy standards in a banking-related context.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in Quality Assurance field.
Bachelor's degree preferred in CS, finance, business, or related field.
Experience testing banking sector, mobile, web and API platforms a plus.
Strong English communication to collaborate with team members.
Proven experience with manual QA testing and test documentation.
Knowledge of test planning, design, execution, and defect tracking.
Awareness of AML, KYC and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform manual QA testing for mobile, web and API platforms.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
Collaborate with developers, product managers and team members to ensure quality.
Apply testing principles and document defects for resolution.
