TACO Group in Indonesia seeks a senior engineer to oversee daily PVC extrusion operations, optimize machinery performance, and lead maintenance initiatives.

Role requires 5+ years in plastics, a Bachelors in Engineering, hands-on PLC/electrical knowledge, and PM/project management experience. Willing to be placed in Cikande & Cikupa; ERP experience (Dynamics NAV) and 5S leadership are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong practical knowledge of PVC extrusion machines; PLC/electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with project management and maintenance scheduling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Willing to be placed in Cikande & Cikupa.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and optimize daily operations of PVC extrusion machinery.
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules and preventative procedures.
• Lead project management initiatives to upgrade equipment or expand production lines.
• Champion and sustain 5S on the production floor for a safe, organized workspace.
• Utilize Google Workspace for reporting and cross‑department collaboration.
• Interface with ERP systems to track inventory, maintenance logs, and metrics.
