Job summary

TACO Group in Indonesia seeks a senior engineer to oversee daily PVC extrusion operations, optimize machinery performance, and lead maintenance initiatives.

Role requires 5+ years in plastics, a Bachelors in Engineering, hands-on PLC/electrical knowledge, and PM/project management experience. Willing to be placed in Cikande & Cikupa; ERP experience (Dynamics NAV) and 5S leadership are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong practical knowledge of PVC extrusion machines; PLC/electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with project management and maintenance scheduling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Willing to be placed in Cikande & Cikupa.

Job description

• Oversee and optimize the daily operations of PVC extrusion machinery.


• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance procedures.


• Lead project management initiatives to upgrade equipment, improve workflows, or expand production lines.


• Champion and sustain 5S methodologies across the production floor to ensure a safe and organized workspace.


• Utilize Google Workspace for reporting, documentation, and cross-departmental collaboration.


• Interface with company ERP systems (MS Dynamics NAV) to track inventory, maintenance logs, and production metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the plastic manufacturing industry..


• Strong, hands‑on understanding of PVC extrusion machines. Troubleshooting, understanding PLC and electrical system will be advantage.


• Proven experience in project management and maintenance scheduling.


• Proven for engineering software (Autocad, Ansys, Tinkercad/Proteus).


• Experience utilizing ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV.


• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage 5S practices.


• Willing to be placed in Cikande & Cikupa.
