Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Procurement Supervisor to oversee daily purchasing activities and procurement operations for the organisation. You will manage vendor relationships, evaluate suppliers, and ensure documentation complies with company policies.

You will negotiate competitive pricing, monitor stock levels, coordinate with internal teams, and identify cost-saving opportunities while upholding regulatory and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in purchasing or procurement, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management and vendor management practices.
• Proven experience in the mining, resources or energy sector, or a related industrial environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising and developing team members.
• Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily purchasing activities and procurement operations for the organisation.
• Manage vendor relationships, including supplier evaluation, selection and performance monitoring.
• Process purchase orders, requisitions and procurement documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing whilst maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operational teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards and company procurement guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports and documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and timelines.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the procurement function.
