Job summary

Sumba Barat Regency English-Speaking Real Estate is developing a premium, sustainable gated community of bespoke villas on Sumba. As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of individual villas and estate infrastructure, coordinating with the general contractor, the developer's executive office and villa owners.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and on-site operations across remote island logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in construction, with leadership and delivery record.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, contractors and consultants.
• Fluent English; Indonesian language skills highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall development schedule and milestones; track progress and delays.
• Coordinate contractors, architects, engineers and villa owners; organize meetings and records.
• Monitor budgets, claims and variations; provide progress and financial reporting.
• Coordinate owner requests and change orders; assess cost and schedule impacts.
• Oversee site quality, safety and island logistics; manage handover and defect rectification.
