Sumba.travel is seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to lead review of DED drawings, coordinate architectural and structural interfaces, and oversee on-site installation and handover in a premium real estate project in Sumba.

The role requires 5–8 years building services experience, strong coordination across disciplines, and working English for technical docs; Bahasa Indonesia is preferred. Based in Sumba, with potential extended site rotations.”

Qualifications

Engineering degree or diploma is required.
5–8 years building services and site experience.
Ability to coordinate MEP disciplines across design and construction.
Working English for technical documents; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
Willingness to be based in Sumba or undertake extended site rotations.

Responsabilités

Review MEP Detailed Engineering Design (DED) drawings and coordinate services with architectural and structural designs; resolve installation interfaces.
Review equipment and material submissions for performance and maintainability.
Supervise site installation quality for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water, wastewater, pool and fire protection systems.
Coordinate building loads and power supply interfaces with the Solar PV Engineer.
Witness testing and commissioning, verify defect rectification, and review as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and handover.
