Job summary

PT Etern Maharddika Kreasi seeks an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, cash flow, taxation and reporting for construction and interior design projects.

You will lead the Finance & Accounting team, ensure PSAK compliance, accurate records and robust cost controls to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 10+ years in finance with 5+ in management, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• At least 10 years in Finance & Accounting, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in construction, general contracting, architecture, interior design, or fit-out services in Indonesia.
• Ability to prepare complete financial reports and statements from scratch using manual methods or Excel.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Indonesian corporate taxation (PPh, PPN, withholding taxes).
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements per PSAK.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and overall financial performance.
• Maintain accurate records, perform bank reconciliations and ensure strong financial controls.
• Monitor project budgets, actual costs, committed costs, and forecasted costs.
• Track project profitability and identify overruns and margin risks.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to control material, labor, subcontractor, and other costs.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure sufficient funds for operations and projects.
• Supervise, lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
