Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a seasoned project leader to plan, direct, and control all aspects of a major project. You will coordinate engineering and construction activities to maximize EBT and ensure compliance with HSE and CSR policies.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction/engineering, strong contract acumen, and fluency in English. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and with high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Min 3–5 years in construction and engineering.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Ability to identify potential claims and manage contracts.
• Fluent in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Direct and synergize all projects department to contribute to and align with projects productivity goals.
• All project departments are directed and synergized with operational excellence monitored for productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of operational excellence to beat the project budget and maintain productivity and cost efficiency.
• Support and drive the CINTA idea and CINTA submission program for quality improvements.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs, identify and mitigate SHE risks, and ensure SHE Management System effectiveness.
• Target Zero LTI.
• SHE Management System meets ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements.

Monitor and ensure the implementation of operational excellence and adhere to the principles of productivity and cost effectiveness to beat the project budget. The culture of continuous improvement are fostered successfully. Operations are supported and EBT target is achieved.

Successing CINTA idea and CINTA submission (Quality and Quality) program. CINTA idea and CINTA submission program is successful.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 3-5 years previous experiences in construction and engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management
• Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation
• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
