Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a civil and structural engineer to oversee planning, design, analysis, and execution of projects, providing technical leadership and ensuring compliance with design standards.

You will review technical documents, support project delivery from concept through construction, coordinate inputs, and ensure safe, cost-efficient engineering solutions while maintaining SHE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Min. 5-7 years experience delivering civil and structural designs for medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience in consultancy, EPC, building construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural design deliverables: calculations, drawings, specifications and reports.
• Perform structural analysis using engineering software and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Develop technical solutions for structural systems, foundations, infrastructure, and civil components.
• Support QA/QC activities to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
• Provide technical support during construction and address RFIs within timelines.
• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation; maintain clear client communications.
