Qualifications
- 7–10 years of project management experience within software product companies, SI or tech vendors.
- Proven track record delivering 3+ concurrent client implementations.
- Deep expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Experience in financial services, banking, payments or fintech software preferred.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, API integrations, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and DevOps.
- PMP, PMI-ACP or Scrum Master certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Multi-Client Delivery: own end-to-end accountability for 3–5 software implementations.
- SDLC Excellence: lead cross-functional teams across Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid models.
- Stakeholder Management: manage C-level client stakeholders, scope, budgets, steering committees.
- Commercial Acumen: monitor resources, change orders, and upsell opportunities.
- Compliance & Quality: ensure delivery aligns with banking-grade standards and documentation.
