Esri Indonesia is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic oversight, governance and executive visibility across a growing portfolio of customer programs and technology implementations. This is a leadership role, not a project manager position, focused on program-level outcomes and cross-functional delivery.

Formación
- 10+ years' experience in technology delivery, transformation or enterprise services environments.
- Experience leading programs consisting of multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience governing programs, benefits realisation and executive reporting.
- Experience influencing internal and external C-Level stakeholders and strong commercial acumen.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a portfolio of strategic customer programs and technology implementations.
- Establish governance across multiple projects and customer initiatives.
- Align delivery roadmaps to customer outcomes and business objectives.
- Oversee portfolio forecasts, revenue visibility and resource planning.
- Coach Project Managers and strengthen delivery governance maturity.
