Job summary

Esri Indonesia is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic oversight across our growing portfolio of customer programs and technology implementations. This is a leadership role, not a project manager position, reporting to the Head of Delivery.

You will own governance, executive reporting, forecasting, risk management and ensure customer investments translate into measurable business outcomes, coordinating with Service Delivery, Professional Services, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology delivery, transformation, or enterprise services.
• Experience leading programs with multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proven governance, benefits realisation and executive reporting experience.
• Ability to influence internal and external C-Level stakeholders.
• PgMP certification or equivalent advanced credential.

At Esri Indonesia, we help government agencies, utilities, infrastructure organisations and enterprises make better decisions through geospatial technology.

We are creating a new Senior Program Manager role to bring strategic oversight, governance and executive visibility across our growing portfolio of customer programs and technology implementations.

This is not a project management position.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who has successfully led large-scale technology, transformation or business capability programs comprising multiple projects, competing priorities, executive stakeholders and significant commercial outcomes.

About the role

You will provide a single portfolio view across implementation programs, lead program governance, oversee delivery forecasting and risk management, and partner with senior executives to ensure customer investments translate into measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for someone who will own:

• Executive reporting
• Resource and capacity forecasting
• Commercial oversight
• Strategic risk management

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, this newly created leadership role will provide that accountability across Esri Indonesia's Services organisation. You will lead the Project Management and PMO functions while working closely with Service Delivery, Professional Services, Managed Services, Customer Success, Sales and Executive Leadership.

What you will be responsible for:

• Lead a portfolio of strategic customer programs and technology implementations
• Establish governance across multiple projects and customer initiatives
• Align delivery roadmaps to customer outcomes and business objectives
• Ensure risks, dependencies and priorities are understood and actively managed

Executive Engagement

• Act as the primary program governance lead for executive stakeholders
• Present program health, forecasts, risks and recommendations to senior leadership
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and internal leadership teams
• Translate complex delivery information into meaningful business outcomes

Commercial & Delivery Performance

• Oversee portfolio forecasts, revenue visibility and resource planning
• Identify emerging delivery risks before they impact customer outcomes
• Drive predictable, profitable and scalable delivery
• Support successful execution of both current and future strategic initiatives

Leadership

• Lead and develop the Project Management and PMO capability
• Coach Project Managers and strengthen delivery governance maturity
• Promote consistency, accountability and continuous improvement
• Build a high-performing program management culture

About You

Essential / Must have

• 10+ years' experience in technology delivery, transformation, consulting or enterprise services environments
• Experience within enterprise software, digital transformation, consulting or system integration environments
• Demonstrated experience leading programs consisting of multiple projects, project managers and cross-functional teams
• Experience managing program governance, benefits realisation and executive reporting
• Experience influencing internal and external C-Level stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for forecasts, revenue visibility, margin protection and business outcomes
• Experience managing complex program dependencies, competing priorities and resource capacity
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• PgMP certification or equivalent advanced program management credential

Highly Regarded

• Experience within utilities, energy, telecommunications, infrastructure or government sectors
• Experience leading PMO or program governance functions
• Experience overseeing portfolios valued in the tens of billions of Indonesian Rupiah

Not Required

• Geospatial industry experience
• Geographic Information Systems experience
