Job summary

IDEKU seeks a Product Manager to translate leadership strategies into actionable roadmaps for our POS/F&B/retail ecosystem. You will identify core problems, design MVP experiments, define metrics, and oversee modules like POS front office, back-office, inventory, and payments integrations.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams to deliver value, track KPIs, and balance custom development with standardized features for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to quickly narrow down problem spaces and define clear product goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; align diverse stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum with experience driving iterative improvements.
• Proven experience owning product planning, feature design, and end-to-end releases.
• Understanding of data flows, system architecture, and engineering logic.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional projects and managing risks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to clarify business strategies and translate them into actionable product directions and long-term roadmaps.
• Identify core problems, form product hypotheses, design MVP experiments, and define success metrics.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and the needs of the POS / F&B / retail ecosystem to develop differentiated product strategies.
• Leverage usage data and VOC insights to plan and prioritize the product backlog; write user flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee multiple product modules (e.g., POS front office, back-office management, inventory, membership/loyalty, reporting, payments integrations).
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, QA, Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery and minimize risks.
• Establish and track product KPIs; work with Operations and Customer Success to improve adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Support enterprise clients by evaluating project requirements and balancing custom development with standardized features.
