Job summary

OSOME is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI/ML product initiatives across accounting and document intelligence. You’ll partner with engineers, ops, and product teams to validate ideas, design experiments, and ship measurable improvements that reduce manual work for entrepreneurs.

You’ll own the intelligence roadmap, set success metrics, and drive adoption with operations, while mentoring other PMs and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure safe, scalable AI

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI features that handle financial data.
• Strong SQL and data modelling awareness.
• Proven ability to define AI product roadmaps and OKRs.
• Experience working with operations and accounting/document intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Intelligence roadmap, OKRs and delivery with quarterly bets.
• Set the evaluation bar for AI across Osome: eval datasets, thresholds and human-review gates.
• Define safety, data-handling and privacy standards with Security.
• Translate business needs into actionable epics and stories for engineers.
• Mentor other PMs as the team grows and represent priorities to stakeholders.
