Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional product management experience, including end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in early-stage fintech or AI-powered products is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Comfort with AI and data-driven decision making.

We're creating an AI-first spend and expense management platform that helps businesses manage company spending, automate financial operations, and operate more efficiently. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a core product domain end to end—from uncovering real customer problems to launching solutions and driving measurable outcomes.

You will stay close to customers, turning real-world insights into sharp, evidence-backed product decisions: what to build, what to improve, and what to stop. Working closely with Design, Engineering, Commercial, and Compliance, you will build financial products where every balance, system state, and edge case matters—not just the screens customers see. This role is for a hands-on product leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves comfortably from strategy to execution, and wants meaningful ownership in shaping an early-stage fintech product.

What You'll Do

• Own a core product domain end-to-end from discovery, scoping, design, specs, QA, launch, and the outcome metric afterwards.
• Talk to customers every week, and turn what you hear into a prioritised, evidence-backed view of what we should build and what we should stop.
• Partner closely with design, engineering, commercial and compliance to turn customer needs into solutions that are desirable, viable, and feasible.
• Work with AI agents as part of daily delivery. Our scoping, design review, ticketing, QA, and release communication already run through them, and you will help make them better.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in product management, with at least two years owning a product area end to end.
• Experience working without an established playbook — early-stage, zero-to-one, or a genuinely under-resourced team.
• Comfort with systems where being wrong costs money. You think in balances, states and edge cases, not only in screens.
• Concrete, current use of AI in your own work, including taking an AI-powered product or feature into production. This is a requirement rather than a preference.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Bonus: If you have Technical depth. Familiar with SQL and APIs, have built working prototypes yourself, and have experience shipping and evaluating AI-powered features.
