Job summary

Kredifazz is seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers, own the end-to-end product vision, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, and Business stakeholders to build high-impact solutions.

The role focuses on defining strategy, driving end-to-end development, and delivering data-informed product decisions with strong leadership and communication across divisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product development and leadership of PMs.
• Strong analytical skills and technical comfort with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers across multiple projects.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to testing and metrics.
• Collaborate with Business, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to align roadmaps.
• Incorporate user research and data analysis into product decisions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact to customers and business outcomes.
