Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in engineering and eight years of relevant PA&S experience.
• Strong knowledge of ECSS, quality management and safety requirements.
• Proven track record in managing PA&S activities on space projects.
• Experience with reviews, risk assessments and supplier oversight.
• Eligibility for security clearance and export control awareness.

Aufgaben

• Define or support programmatic and technical PA&S requirements across projects.
• Review contractor PA&S plans, specs and efforts for compliance.
• Guide and monitor PA&S implementation, participate in design and safety reviews.
• Coordinate PA&S support for project teams and monitor performance.
• Represent ESA on reviews and determine disposition of non-conformances.
• Oversee procurement of parts and processes; ensure software PA requirements.
• Prepare design trade-offs and safety analyses to support decisions.
• Monitor QA audits, inspections and test witnessing across activities.
• Support acceptance reviews of deliverables and test campaigns.
• Provide PA&S support during launch, operation and service activities.
• Contribute to lessons learned and the quality management system.
