Telespazio Belgium, with over 45 years in Space Operations, is seeking a Software PA support Engineer to work at ESTEC, Netherlands, on ESA programs. The role involves software PA requirements, reviews, and processes across missions.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to establishing programmatic and technical SW PA requirements per ESA policy.
• Evaluate contractor plans and specs for PA program compliance.
• Review PA plans and compliance matrices with PA & Engineering requirements.
• Monitor SW PA documentation, processes, analyses, and technical notes.
• Participate in project reviews, CABs, NCRs and SW Review Boards.
• Prepare design trade-offs and reports to support project decisions.

Telespazio Belgium has an on‑site service at ESTEC in the Netherlands, and we are looking for a highly skilled Software PA support Engineer to work there.

What is expected from you:

• The following task shall be performed in support to the ESA Work package Technical Responsible of the service:
• Contribute to the establishing of the programmatic and technical software PA requirements within the framework of the ESA Software Product Assurance policy.
• Evaluate contractor’s plans, technical specifications and efforts proposed for the execution of the S/W PA programme, and their compliance with respect to the applicable baseline.
• Review of the project/mission PA plans and the compliance matrix w.r.t. the PA & Engineering Requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of SW PA documentation, processes and procedures analyses, reports and technical notes.
• Monitoring of project/mission analysis activities in order to ensure proper implementation of the PA & Engineering Requirements, including attendance to project/mission reviews and meetings when requested.
• Participate to project reviews, meetings, Configuration Control Boards, Nonconformance Review Boards and Software Review Boards.
• Prepare design trade-offs, analyses and reports using metrics to support project decisions.
• Participate to software product evaluations and process assessments.
• Establish and maintain databases to track NCRs, RFWs, action items etc. as required.
