Job summary

Güntner Group in Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to strengthen production efficiency and quality. You will analyze processes, costs and times; collaborate with related departments to implement standardized improvements; mentor teams in Kaizen, lean methods, VSM, FMEA and PDCA; and ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules.

Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical ability to identify and resolve process issues.
• Experience with Kaizen, lean manufacturing, VSM, FMEA, and PDCA.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze processes and material costs.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assessing current processes, taking measurements, and analyzing data to guide improvements in production area.
• Analyzing time and cost of improvement processes.
• Developing, configuring improvement processes to be implemented with related department.
• Preparing standardization of improvement processes.
• Monitoring improvement results.
