Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Process/Manufacturing Engineering Engineer/Technician at Batam to lead industrialization and line equipment projects. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, collaborating with suppliers, and validating new lines and tools within a lean manufacturing framework.

You will participate in PFMEA, define acceptance criteria, run trials, and ensure readiness for FDPR and SPV workshops while maintaining safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing engineering or process improvement.
• Familiarity with industrialization of new lines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization of new P1 and improve production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor).
• Design and validate new equipment and lines with suppliers and internal teams.
• Define acceptance criteria, perform trials, and build action plans for FDPR readiness.
