Job summary

PT Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead improvement activities for product structure design and manufacturing processes to boost quality and efficiency. You will perform root cause analysis on customer complaints, develop corrective actions with QA, MFG and ME teams, and drive poka-yoke, process and fixture optimization, plus DFM reviews for new products.

This role requires Lean, Kaizen, VSM, TPM, SMED and layout design skills, with willingness to be placed in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years' Industrial Engineer experience.
Experience managing manufacturing engineering processes and improvements.
Familiar with Kaizen and lean project implementations, VSM, TPM, one piece flow, SMED, cellular manufacturing, and inventory control.
Skilled in new factory layout design and clean room design; provide technical support for automation.
Willing to be placed in East Java.

Responsibilities

Lead improvement activities for product structure design and manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis on customer complaints; collaborate with QA, MFG and ME to implement corrective actions.
Drive process inspection, poka-yoke improvements, and design/optimize processes and fixtures.
Ensure DFM reviews of new products are carried out per company policy.
Analyze abnormal production quality and ensure verification reports and conclusions are available.
