Job summary

PT Pacific Bio Industry is seeking a seasoned Public Relations and Corporate Communications professional to lead all PR and corporate communications efforts in alignment with company policies. The role requires managing media and government relations, stakeholder engagement, and CSR initiatives, while preserving the company's reputation and public profile.

The successful candidate will develop press materials, monitor sentiment, oversee regulatory communications, and coordinate crisis response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Legal, or related functions.
• Experience in media relations, government relations, community relations, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in corporate communication strategy, corporate reputation, and crisis communication.
• Experience in managing CSR/community development programs and corporate events.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Public Relations and Corporate Communication activities in alignment with company objectives and corporate policies.
• Manage relationships with media, government institutions, local communities, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain and strengthen the company's corporate image, reputation, and public presence.
• Prepare and coordinate corporate communication materials, including press releases, statements, presentations, announcements, and official correspondence.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and stakeholder issues related to the company and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Coordinate crisis communication and support management in handling reputational and communication risks.
• Plan, implement, and monitor CSR and community development programs in coordination with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Maintain and monitor legal documents, licenses, agreements, permits, correspondence, and other corporate legal records.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to company operations and communicate significant changes to management and related departments.
• Prepare periodic reports on PR activities, stakeholder engagement, CSR programs, legal matters, and communication issues.
