About the role

We are seeking a talented PR & Communications Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a strategic position that plays a vital role in shaping and managing the public perception of PT QIS Indonesia Sejahtera. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communications strategies that enhance our corporate reputation, manage stakeholder relationships, and communicate our company values and initiatives effectively to diverse audiences. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence how our organisation is perceived and understood in the marketplace and community.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing integrated public relations and communications strategies aligned with corporate objectives and organisational goals
• Creating and managing compelling written and multimedia communications content, including press releases, corporate announcements, internal newsletters, and social media content
• Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, journalists, and external stakeholders to secure positive media coverage and brand visibility
• Managing crisis communications and responding promptly to reputational challenges with strategic and appropriate messaging
• Coordinating corporate events, press conferences, and media briefings to communicate key organisational messages and announcements
• Monitoring media coverage, tracking communications effectiveness, and preparing reports on PR and communications performance metrics
• Liaising with internal departments to gather information about company initiatives, projects, and achievements for communications purposes
• Managing corporate social responsibility communications and community engagement initiatives
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive corporate communication policies and guidelines
• Supporting senior management with speechwriting, presentation materials, and executive communication needs

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar communications role
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing PR and communications strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging
• Proven experience in media relations and securing media coverage
• Strong understanding of digital communications, social media platforms, and online reputation management
• Experience managing communications during challenging situations or crises
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with communications software and tools
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in approaching communications challenges
• Experience in the corporate or institutional sector is preferred
• Knowledge of Indonesian media landscape and local stakeholder relations is advantageous
