Ailytics is seeking a Senior Platform Operations Analyst in Jakarta, Indonesia to join our technical operations team. You will fix broken processes, build tools, and mentor analysts while ensuring high standards across deployments and testing for our AI platform.

You will own deployment lifecycles, automate repetitive tasks, and coordinate with QA and cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment. Excellent English is required.

We’re looking for a Senior Platform Operations Analyst to serve as the key member of our technical operations team. In this role, you’ll do more than just execute tasks; you’ll look for ways to make the whole team faster and more efficient by fixing broken processes, building tools, and mentoring newer analysts.

High English fluency and a technical background are must haves for this role.

What You Will Be Doing

• High-Standard Execution & Multitasking: You will juggle multiple ongoing projects with strong time management. You must execute your own tasks to a very high standard while simultaneously checking in on tasks and projects handled by other team members. This involves double-checking their work, troubleshooting issues on the fly, and digging into the root cause of problems to implement permanent fixes so they don't happen to anyone else again.
• Technical Execution & Automation: Own the technical aspect of the end-to-end deployment lifecycle. You’ll handle all the tough technical problems across various deployment environments. You will also write scripts, initiate improvements, build tools so the team spends less time on manual work.
• Deployment Validation & Testing: You will oversee, plan, and run tests alongside our QA on our AI software and platform.
• Operations Management: Act as the Scrum Master for your team workloads. You’ll make sure tickets are prioritized correctly, manage shift coverage (Day/Evening/Night), and ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Most importantly, there should always be a continuous knowledge sharing among all the team members.
• Mentorship & Ownership: Take the lead on our most complex deployments and handle tricky escalations. You’ll actively mentor newer analysts, keep our playbooks and internal documentation updated, and help build a culture where mistakes are treated as learning moments.

Our Ideal Requirements

• Experience: Background in technical operations, platform deployment, or advanced IT support, with hands-on experience managing complex system integrations.
• Time Management & Oversight: Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, holding your own work to a high standard while actively monitoring and course-correcting the team's projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker on Windows/Linux), networking (video streaming protocols, VPNs), and practical experience configuring hardware like IP Cameras and various NVRs.
• Automation Skills: Strong scripting ability (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks and build internal tools.
• Project Management: Familiar with Scrum workflows, ticketing systems, and structured workload management.
• Communication: Able to explain complex technical issues in plain English to both internal teams and external customers.
