Job summary

SIGMATECH is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer for banking workloads with immediate joining availability. You will lead advanced performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, and code-level profiling, while applying observability practices across cloud-native microservices.

You will monitor systems with Dynatrace/New Relic/AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/Splunk, and contribute to CI/CD with Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Strong automation and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years in Performance Testing/Engineering or Software Development.
Hands-on with web performance tooling and scripting.
Ability to analyze production usage data for test modeling.

Responsibilities

Design and execute Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability tests.
Identify bottlenecks via thread/heap dumps and GC analysis.
Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Provide capacity planning recommendations based on test results.
