Job summary

PT XMOTORS INTERNATIONAL GROUP in Jakarta is seeking a digital advertising specialist to plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will develop audience strategies and manage budgets to maximize ROI, while tracking CPL, CVR, and ROAS.

You will analyze the funnel from clicks to transactions, run A/B tests, and collaborate with design teams to create effective creatives, with regular performance reporting and growth-oriented strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in digital advertising, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven campaign optimization experience.
• Familiar with CPL, CVR, ROI, ROAS.
• Experience in A/B testing, budget management, and performance reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in retail, automotive, or franchise industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
• Develop campaign structures and audience strategies including cold audiences, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising activities based on data insights.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets strategically to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
• Track and optimize KPIs including CPL, CVR, and ROAS.
• Analyze the conversion funnel from clicks to transactions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, messaging, and settings to improve performance.
• Collaborate with design and social media teams to develop effective creatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop scalable and repeatable advertising strategies to support business growth.
