Job summary

M+C Saatchi Performance in Jakarta is seeking a Media Executive to plan and execute performance campaigns across digital media for multiple clients. Prior experience with mobile media is required.

You will work with senior team members, support the media planning process, and collaborate with media owners and internal specialists to ensure timely delivery and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years digital media experience, agency and performance media preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Able to work independently but also a team player

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a media plan to achieve client performance marketing goals
• Support Media Planner on day-to-day operations across campaign lifecycle (execution, pacing checks, reporting)
• Execute on media management systems across social & programmatic platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
• Collaborate with media owners, agency partners and internal teams to meet/deliver on time
• Understand optimization levers to make data-driven recommendations
• Build and update campaign performance reports and tie insights to client objectives
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and tracking issues
• Support campaign financial administration with billing team
