Job summary

SVO JAKARTA in Jakarta (onsite) is seeking a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads campaigns within an AI-powered system. This role focuses on high-ticket health & beauty products and a no-cap budget approach with a minimum 2.5x ROAS.

You will own funnel optimization from Meta Ads to Landing Page to WhatsApp to sales, test new angles, analyze performance metrics, and drive profitable growth through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience marketing products priced Rp500K and above.
• Personally managed a minimum advertising budget of Rp5 million/day.
• Hands-on experience with Landing Page → WhatsApp funnels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, test, optimize and scale profitable Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop and test new advertising angles, hooks, audiences, and creatives.
• Leverage AI-powered system to guide creative production and alignment with goals.
• Analyze CPM, CTR, CPC, page conversions, WhatsApp contacts, CPA, and ROAS.
