Vertical Institute is Singapore's leading AI and technology training provider. We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who owns paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, building the measurement infrastructure for visibility and autonomy.

You will drive measurable growth with a hands-on, test-driven approach, focusing on CPL, CPA, and ROAS while collaborating with teams to improve lead quality and enrolments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media buying.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
• Experience with TikTok Ads is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Apply direct response principles to campaigns with CPL and CPA targets.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance daily and suggest action plans based on key metrics.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets and maximise return on ad spend.
• Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams to improve lead quality.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and industry best practices.
